Decades of experience and our skilled, hands-on approach to working with wood have made us the specialists we are today. Our customers know that we can offer a tailor-made solution for every transport and storage challenge. Together with our subsidiary company, we develop customised crates, cases, and special pallets ranging from small formats of 300 x 400 mm to large formats of 3 x 4 m. For the particular requirements of tree nurseries, we have developed special frames and extensions, as well as wooden cases over 6 metres in length. To ensure that the load carriers can withstand various stresses, their structural stability must be guaranteed. Our company is therefore certified to provide structural verification.
A major part of our wood product range consists of standardised single-use and reusable pallets.
More than 70% of goods transport across Europe is carried out using exchangeable Euro pallets. The global standard exchange system is EPAL, with each Euro pallet achieving around 14 to 20 rotations during its lifetime.
Single-use or one-way pallets are mainly employed for export, as they are not part of any exchange system and are delivered to the customer only once.
To prevent pest infestation, wooden pallets traded between non-EU countries and the EU are specially heat-treated and bear the marking in accordance with the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). We are able to supply any pallet IPPC-treated and kiln-dried, and we are happy to issue the corresponding recognised certificates upon request.
Old wooden pallets that can no longer be repaired are shredded and used for heat generation. For this reason, we offer to take back pallets that have reached the end of their service life.
The field of individual furniture design has also shown growing interest in wooden pallets, which has led to an increasing number of private customers among our clientele. Specifically for our private customers, we have developed a shelf unit, the “Palante®”, designed for plant arrangements and similar uses.
